When I am shopping for rosé wines, I usually seek out bottles from the Tavel appellation, located in the Southern Rhône, France. ⁣⁣By law, the vineyards of Tavel are only allowed to produce rosé. It should stand for something when an entire village is dedicated to making only one style of wine.

Went to a 2014 Bordeaux tasting last night with Tom Holton’s ‘s wine tasting group at Harper's Restaurant & Bar. Each one of them were fantastic! Many of us agreed that Château Pape Clément - Grand Cru Classé de Graves was the hit of the evening.

Last night I opened this delicious Laville Pavillon 2018 Bordeaux Rouge that was outstanding. The grapes here are Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot and it was so silky and smooth.
