I have been salivating over this “Lavender Gin Sour” from @the_margarita_mum for some time. It is so beautiful that I had to see if I could make it. The results: Really fun to make, eye-catching and delicious!⁣

Recipe:⁣
⁣
2oz Empress Gin
⁣
1oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice⁣
⁣
1/2 oz. Homemade sugar free lavender syrup⁣
⁣
1 oz. Aquafaba⁣
⁣
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until combined. ⁣
⁣
Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with lavender.⁣
⁣
