I had the pleasure of tasting a bottle of Segal Petit Unfiltered Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 from Galilee, Israel. Tasting notes from the 2019 Ultimate Wine Challenge held by the Ultimate Beverage Challenge gave a score of 90 points! Description was spot-on with rustic aromas of plum and dried cranberries. On the palate, beautiful baking spices and tannins with a good grip. This is an excellent food wine. Perfect for Passover!
