I have been really into Bovio Barolo I had the Gattera 2015 and it was a stunner. Mocha and rose petals on the nose with that beautiful bright sour cherry on the palate. I picked up some secondary notes of mint, tar and leather. Consistently gorgeous. I should have held onto to it for another year or two because the tannins could have mellowed just a little more but it was still perfect. If you can find it, I would store this one away for a few more years and then I bet it will sing!
